Re: How many GCSE's did you take/ are you taking?I'm taking 10. 11, if you count OCR Nationals and 12, if you count the FCSE I did. I honestly have no idea how so many people on here have so many. I'm also curious as well, but after reading responses on I'm here... I'm just shocked. I'm also amazed that some people do there AS Levels In Year 11 as well. I always thought schools restricted people in how many GCSE's they do. The only reason I have 10 is because I do separate Sciences and I did English Language and Literature, a lot of people I know did combined Science and just English language. In addition to this, we have compulsory subjects, which I don't think other schools have, which is why I'm shocked at the amount of GCSE's people have.(Original post by Zozzy)
I'm just curious to see how many GCSE's people are taking/ have taken. I'm taking 11, with another additional maths qualification and ECDL
Although. I don't think having more GCSE's or less really makes a difference. Then again I don't know. Everyone says different things. So, you know don't know who to believe. I think when people say things people don't know the meaning behind it, like someone may have 15 GCSE's, but the exam boards may be "easy" compared with others. So, although it may come across as having more value... Does it actually have more value? You just don't know.
That was slightly going off the point. All in all, I have 10. 12, if you count the other things which is what most people do. -
Re: How many GCSE's did you take/ are you taking?core science, additional science, then physics, chemistry and biology triples. English Language, English Literature, English Media (boring as hell, in my opinion), Maths, Geography, History, German, Food, Art, full course RS, and the half was in ICT.(Original post by Hayley54)
Holy cow, why so many? and what did you take? D:
I wasn't trying to brag by saying that, and it by no means makes smarter than anyone else. I only had so many because top sets in english and science took some in year 9.
Sorry if i came across big headed, i didn't mean too!
