    A Level Art question
Hello, this question is mostly towards people who are studying A Level Art right now. In the college I hope to get in, it is said that the first unit in AS are based on 'Growth and decay' and an externally set assignment. Does that apply for all exam boards? Do you get any strict rules on how do develop your work? For example, right now at GCSE we have a variety of topics and you could pick anything do develop.
So, anyone doing it, can you tell me how the topics/themes of the projects work? Are they too strict or do you have to put more of your own imagination?

    Re: A Level Art question
I've just about finished AS level fine art in sixth form, the first unit we were able to choose what to do and for the second unit we had externally set questions. I think we're on the AQA exam board. I hope this helps a bit but it might be different for you in college
