123 Bishops Rise Room Available!Hello,
Me and 3 other guys have a house arranged for September in Hatfield (123 Bishops Rise)... Unfortunately one of our house mates has failed his course and has had his visa declined so has to leave the country.
It's a really nice house, very spacious and definitely the best we saw when we were house hunting. Also it's on Bishops Rise so is only 5-10 minutes from co-op/college lane campus, and is also 5 minutes from the park and ride where the shuttle bus goes to both college lane and dehavilland campus'.
Rent will be around £85 per week including bills, and the deposit is around £400.
