My feet stink! especially after the gym or driving?
I have had a problem over the last couple of months with stinky feet. I often notice the smell intensifies after a gym workout or at least a half hour drive. It is an awful stench I'd rather not have, any ideas on how to face this problem?

Might sound simple, but is the problem with your feet themselves or your footwear?

It could be something as simple as washing your trainers or whatever you're wearing and doing more to keep your feet dry.

Do you have a shower after the gym and change into different shoes or carry on using the ones you used for the workout?

Wash your feet every day, with antibacterial soap if possible.

Wash your trainers/shoes too, and when you take them off every day, try to leave them outside so they can air out.

Wear cotton socks as much as possible with shoes.

Putting talcum powder on your feet can stop them sweating so much and smelling.
