I received my letter and details of what I'm going to receive which is the Tuition fee and Maintenance Loan (£3575.00) but I haven't signed the Declaration yet and I can't apply for a grant online and at the same time I heard I can't apply for both.
Is this true and if so, how do I cancel the Loan and apply for a Grant then?

If not then how can I apply for a Grant, I can't apply online and when I first applied, the loan and tuition fee were in a separate section with the Grant, so I decided to apply for tuition fee first and thought I could apply for a Grant later?

The grant is means tested

I understand that that it is only available for people who are getting the full loan

I may be incorrect though
