    Recommend me contract books
I am thinking of getting there textbooks out of the following four titles:

    Chen-Wishart

    Fifoot, Furmston

    Anson

    Poole's textbook on contract

    O'sullivan Hillard

Can anyone with experience recommend me which to pick? Thanks.

Also, is the mckendrick book useful? it seems quite short

I can recommend not getting Poole's textbook on contract (although her casebook isn't a complete disaster). I've only read Furmston out of the others, it's okay but nothing special.

Burrows - Casebook on Contract = the god of textbooks

McKendrick has published two books on contract - a shorter one and a longer "Text, Cases and Materials". I recommend the longer one.
