Hey

So I went to University last year on an English degree but dropped out after three months. I have spent the rest of this year on a gap year.

I've applied to study with the OU from October on an English degree, but I'm unsure as to whether I am able to apply for a Part-Time loan as I've previously been to Uni?

Can anyone help me out on this matter? As without the loan I'm probably unable to start this degree.
