    How to get in shape in four weeks, diet recommendation please
    Hi there, so basically i'm going on holidays within the next 4 weeks and I want to get back in shape. I was at the gym there for about a week or so a few weeks back and I could feel my core tighten and arm muslces seemed tense.. yes a good feeling!

    Anyhow I lost motivation within the last 2 weeks until today. My brother has being doing a bit and results are beginning to show which has spurred me on to hit the gym again. The gym i dont mind, its what to eat and what not to eat that is now the battle. I have a high metabolism rate and regardless of what i eat I'll tone somewhat but with a more controlled diet, i could tone even better. So diet recomendations, please feel free to suggest.

    My plan is to do a run each morning, and then that evening work on the upper body... p.s I'm just over 6 foot and ten a half stone, so slim enough. Only place i seem to put weight on is the belly. I blame the magners haha! Anyhow I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks!

    wat. 6 foot, 10.5 stone and you're doing cardio?

    eat moar, lift moar. 4 weeks is a silly timescale. If you have a belly then you're skinnyfat and have an awful diet that is probably high in sugar.

    You said 10.5 stone.

    Regardless:

    Still tiny. Still skinnyfat. You will not see a difference in 4 weeks. Should have started a long time ago.

    Go down a gym. Do stronglifts 5x5 or starting strength. Eat lots of food. Sprint 4 times per week. Go away and enjoy your holiday. Come back and carry on.

    This is the only way you will ever change your body for the better.
