    Those pictures were really moving. I was looking through and then I just could feel teardrops on my face.

    I really didn't expect to cry or anything from reading the initial responses on this thread, but after looking at the pictures, I'm in pieces :cry::cry2:

    It really does show the power of the human spirit and soul, no matter what :rolleyes:

    I was thinking these people are emotionally unstable from their reactions and then I felt really depressed after the first picture :lol:

    It's saddening to see how many of these are based on man made disasters which could have potentially been preventable.

    Some pretty obvious shots have been missed out in favour of people who miss their pets.

    You can't beat Tank Man and Earthrise though.

    Started off thinking come on people....was crying by picture 21!

    Some of these are tragic but a few are just really moving
