Have you seen this website? http://www.dressesonlinesale.co.uk/women-s-dresses/prom-dresses.html?hemline=75

I know it's an order online one, but it's based in the UK. Plus there's a sale on and there are some gorgeous dresses which no one else will be wearing, most importantly.

:awesome: I didn't even know this site existed until now! (Slightly hijacking OP's thread here but thanks )

If I won the lottery, I'd buy one of everything.

Be cautious though, I have heard from friends that the site can be very unreliable - dresses have been ordered months ago that still haven't arrived.

But I agree, they do have some very nice dresses.

Don't use that website! I almost bought a dress from there too, but did a google search and discovered this http://www.facebook.com/dressesonlinesale?sk=wall which is just full of complaints about people not receiving their orders :frown:

Aw, that's such a shame.. I don't think any online dress shops turn out to be good. I ordered a dress from a company who promised they were based in the UK and when I phoned up to ask why my dress hadn't arrived, they said it was in China.. :| I was not happy. :P

Try a website called VP on Sale.

It is British and they are very reliable. I personally didnt get my dress from there but I have seen others who have and have been very impressed.

There are a variety of different dresses to choose from and they are reasonably priced.

You would take your measurements at home and the dress will be custom built to fit you exactly.
Check Caneihave this Amazon store out, they have Temperley London at Closeout Prices. Buy one, get a second half-off and We will get it to you by tomorrow in time for Christmas FREE of charge!

Why don't you design it yourself and get it sewn from a tailor? It's cheaper, thats what I done, I wanted a long sleeved off the shoulder long prom dress, couldn't find exactly what I wanted anywhere so I bought the colour material I wanted & seperate sequins and stuff, and got it made for under £100, it came out good

If you want to use one of those chinese websites that looks too good to be true, look for reviews on google first. Lots of them turn out to be scams
