I know! I had a feeling about that poster too, I was looking at it day before I found that section really good! What other sections did you do? I did roaring twenties and new deal. Both i found reasonable, i forget to mention something in 6 marker but hopefully i put enough
How did you see the poster before :O? Haha I thought my other topics of Weimar and Vietnam went well. How do you think the boundaries will compare to previous exams?

It was in one of my revision books and we have studied it in class I'm not too sure about boundaries to be honest, most people found it reasonable so i reckon same as last year

    what section was this for?
urm, section 3 it was like a) why was the Aryan race important b) how did people oppose the Nazis c) Kristallnacht was the most important event in initialising the Final Solution

or something like that, it was the either or questions section 2 was on culture and control etc

Phew, well it wasn't too bad was it? I was disapointed that they didn't ask how Hitler became chancellor though. For Race Relations how on earth were we supposed to get 8 marks on the Montgomery Bus Boycott? There just wasn't that much to say...
In the 12 mark for that section I agreed with the statement, but spent some time talking about the black power movement as well.

Hmm, well I wrote an intro, paragraph agreeing, paragraph disagreeing, and a conclusion for each 12 mark one, though they stil ende up at various lengths. And I only covered 7 sides of paper, while I had friends who filled the whole booklet. What about you?

i wrote basically the same as you! so four paragraphs in total! i would have liked to have written more but obviously timing can be stressful that's why i was wondering! if it's comforting remember quality not quantity!

I really enjoyed the exam, all the past papers, revision guides and flash cards as well as my teacher's support really was shown because I thought the exam was a breeze. Just awaiting exam results

I did really well actually, I didn't do well in my coursework which was meant to be a high B but it was a C. But in the exam I got 84/90 and 80/90. Which gave me an A overall. How about you?

I got an A in this exam, and thus got a high A in history overall. Our head of history went ape**** at the results haha. august 2011, in the same paper, we had 50A*s, 20odd of which were full ums. This year we had 13A*s, only 1 of which was full ums. This is being looked into, so fingers crossed for a remark! if not, i'm happy anyway

Hi! Your schools results sound very similar to mine. Lots of people in the year are very disappointed with their results. I got an A but was really hoping for an A* (7 UMS off). I have absolutely no idea why, though. I thought the exams went really well and the grade boundaries looked pretty low. Don't know whether it's worth a remark, what do you think?
