i know it's from eurovision, which might be sad, but it's an amazing song
I voted for that song. eurovision is a platform to great things, it's what lead me to Dino Merlin and some fabulous balkan dance tracks.

Oh come on! Sweden wins for the first time in a long while with a hell of an epic tune and you want the UK to win just because it's close lol.
And flying to Stockholm/Gothenburg is pretty darn cheap I'll tell ya.

    Best non-English song is probably:

    Or

Me too. I know Sweden is cheap/close-ish, but it would take more than a day or so to fly over and see it, plus I could potentially be in the middle of exams for uni.

    Quelqu'un m'a dit - Carla Bruni

I've loved that song since 500 Days of Summer (although I didn't like the film much). I had no idea that Carla Bruni was such a good singer!

It's catchy as ****, but guess what the lyrics are.

    YES
    A MILLION TIMES YES
    OHGODTHEFEELS

    Isn't it
    Spoiler:
    Show
Chu Chu = Sucking/Kissing sound, LOVELY, Muni Muni = Touching/squeezing something soft, Mura Mura = Sound of being randy, Purin Purin = the sound when some scandalous cleavage is shown, Boron = Sound when something "pops out", Nururu = The sound of fingers moving in wetness and Rerorero is the sound of a tongue moving around

I think the worst bit is the middle 8 (When Nao is singing around 2:30) when translated into English...

But still, it is an amazing song I'd love to see these guys live

Right now, I'm getting more into K-Pop, so this is my fave until I can find a song that gets more stuck in my head.

But I still love X-Japan, and I think that they need a mention, so here:

^all of the feels. All of them. :bawling:

One of my all time favourite Spanish songs. Any Spaniard will know it.

brilliant I love this song! The lyrics:

Entre el calor de la gente, alma del ambiente
Los focos deslumbrantes son muy potentes

are probably the only innocent part of the song haha!

I have a fondness for the music from Tanz Der Vampire. It's a gothic musical that was originally written in German and was a success; although the English version flopped hideously on Broadway. Jim Steinman is one of my heroes and he provided the music for it.

    Die Unstillbare Gier

    Totale Finsternis

There's a couple of pieces from it where he reused melodies from songs he wrote for previous projects, the first being based around "Objects in the Rearview Mirror" and the second "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Different lyrics though I think, I don't speak any German to translate them!
