Hi.

My name is Marcin Jankowski and need your advice.
I am Managing Director of The Aranea Company Ltd.
I am doing research about building fashion marketplace that my company want to invest in.
I write here because already taken advice says "ask students - their are clever".

We are selling new and second hand clothes online but thinking about own marketplace - something like ASOS but without own collection yet. Just let it grow on it own speed.

We got few grands and want to try. If we loose it we loose it but I believe we won't with you.

My question is how to find people near Southampton that might be interested in help us plan it and find a bit time to join a project that hopfully in near future will make any money.

Another idea is that we think about let our company be "open". I mean let youngsters (16+) take part in online selling from our office.

They could observe our work, help a bit and learn how to run Internet shop or business at all. I understand it won't be easy and need good management but usually no one want to show them how to run it because businesses worry about "growing competitors". We do not worry about it. The shop is more for fun and testing our skills than for big money.
This of course (if proven by reasearch that makes sence) also will need few people. Not much because we got just 260 sq. ft office.

Please understand me. I am not looking for free working stuff. It is more like help us and we help you if not now then hopfuly in the future.
I grew in poor family in poor country that no one would help me to start my own business. I started to learn English and business skills on the age of 11 and now believe it better.
Now I want to share it with youngsters that do not fit into system or just want more.
