    British opinion on Irish universities?
I really want to know what British people think of Irish universities. I have an offer from Queen's University Belfast for Law and Politics and I'm hoping to get enough points for the same course in Trinity College Dublin. Are either of these two respected in Britain? What would be my chances of securing employment in Britain when faced against graduates with degrees from universities in Britain?

Note that Queen's is actually in Northern Ireland, and thus in the United Kingdom. It's ranked quite high in the league tables (I know league tables aren't all that important, but it is higher than quite some reputable British universities), it's also a Russell Group university. It is a pretty respected university in Britain.

I'm not sure about TCD. It's very well respected by employers all over Ireland but I'm not sure about Britain.
