I've been self teaching FP2 and I've been using the standard 3rd edition MEI FP2 text book but it seems like it's quite sketchy on some of the topics like Complex Numbers. For example the series questions where it asks you to find an expression for C by considering C+jS. Are there any other text books/resources/websites that cover FP2 that you could suggest? I can go to my teacher with anything that I don't get and he will go over it with me but my problem right now is that I'm not fully sure which parts I don't get.

Any general advice about the exam and how to prepare is extremely welcome!

Have a look at the edexcel FP2/FP3 text books, you can download them from here.

That's a zip file I used to revise for FP2 when I took it (MEI).

Note it may be well out of date by now, so don't rely on it, but it helped me greatly (you may already have access to all of these files though depending on your school).

Thank you! That is going to be very helpful. I only wish I'd had them earlier!

EDIT: I've rehosted them on Dropbox in case people want to add it to there accounts. This also allows you to download just some of the files, you don't need to download the whole zip file. I will of course take this down if you'd rather I did.

This isn't what the OP asked for but has anybody got such resources for FP1? I would be really thankful if you could direct me to some.

Which board?

If you are on edexcel, then i feel that the edexcel FP1 book is more than enough for it.

I don't know about other boards.

Do you have any more of these? Slash.. have you hosted any more of these files? :P They're extremely useful and I'd be grateful as I am self-teaching a lot of the stuff
