    stretch marks-losing weight
    Hi everyone
Recently I thought I'd make a change and started eating properly and exercising intensely, although I haven't weighed myself yet I have found myself to be much fitter and I also feel slightly slimmer. Anyway, something which I have noticed over the last few weeks is stretch marks appearing on my hips and uppers arms (sort of tricep/armpit area).
Is this a bad sign because I thought you only got stretch marks during fast weight gain! So I'm a little worried about this
Any help would be much appreciated

I have stretch marks on my thighs, bum and I'm pretty average: size 10
nothing to do with being fat or thin, just the elasticity of your skin
try bio oil- it helps to fade them
