I'm not sure you'll even be funded if you moved to a new sixth form, I'm sure you're still entitled to another year of free education at you're current school, possibly do A levels in one year? which is not really likely but a thought, apply to a college, or be external student?

The thing is I really dislike my school and I think this year hasnt gone so well due to the lack of encouragement and teachers that have been constantly been making me feel bad about the fact that im retaking. I was thinking to move to another 6form? I turn 19 in may next year, so I was thinking to do 2 years at another 6form
