Contract Law- Remoteness of Damage helpDoes anyone know the significance of the Transfield Shipping v Mercator case (Achilleas) and the case of Farley v Skinner?
Im thinking of doing the remoteness of damage essay question in exam and was told that these cases are really important to remember. -
