Shaving Rash on bottom of neck

Shaving Rash on bottom of neckHey,
I was away from home the at the beggining of the week and forgot my shaving stuff.
I then foolishly bought a cheap brand disposable razor and gel. For most of my face it was fine, however on the bottom of my neck it has left the biggest shaving rash, its all red with about 15 or 20 red 'bumps' a bit like acne.
They are very itchy and the skins feels very sensitive.
It goes from my adams apple in like a line across the bottom of my neck a line upto the part of my face just below the bottom of the ears.
Whats the best way of getting rid of these? How long will they last?
