I applied for Student Finance loans and maintenance grant around April online and done my parents part through paper forms many weeks ago and sent it off via 1st class post. As far as I was told they had received and accepted all information provided for everything. I was told I would get the full loan needed and they were still processing information for my grants.

Recently however, I logged in to check for updates and I can no longer see any application for the year 2012/2013! :confused: It is blank as if I never started an application at all which is wrong because I have.

What do I do? Please help as this is all happening at a bad time for me and its causing me stress.
