Yes, here's a tip I've been using the last few days.
When your doing revision 'sessions' score yourself out of 10. For example my first session I procrastinated heavily and watched the Royal boat pageant event on sky whilst doing my literature homework so I gave myself a 5/10. Because of this poor rating, I had to guilt trip myself into making my next revision session more productive to get a higher 'score' as it were. Nerdy? Yes. Working, Yes. -
