    Sequencing the genome
    I really really don't understand this BAC business
    Can anyone explain this, in a better way than my textbook, how the genome is sequenced involving BACs and clone libraries
    does all this stuff happen before the automated process

    I was bit confused by that as well, but my teacher told me to jsut learn the fluorescent base thing with 32P and dyes....it makes more sense and it's kind of the same thing anyway
