Just finished AS exams - What to do with notes?
For anyone who's finished all of their exams for their first year of college and finally noticing how beautiful life actually is, what are we going to do with our truck-load-full of revision notes right from the start of the year? I found myself neatly filing them today, with no idea why

Re: Just finished AS exams - What to do with notes?I know I won't be resitting, but I'm keeping mine in the attic. Maybe in twenty years' time I'll take a peek(Original post by Sketch)

Got to feed the nostalgia
I've done the same with all my books - there's room in the attic so why not?
Edit: Negs? Like... what!? I didn't say anything controversial at all!Last edited by The Polymath; 03-06-2012 at 20:54. -
Re: Just finished AS exams - What to do with notes?
(this was from last year but...)
I kept all my books, sheets and work from over the year, but got rid of all my revision notes, as I knew that if I'd have to retake, I'd have to start revising again, so my old posters and cards wouldn't be as much use!
Then after I got my results and did some retakes, I put everything in a big box at the end of my bed for storage
I wouldn't throw anything useful away, as some specifications say that they can ask you anything from the A Level syllabus (AS & A2) so they'll be useful when revising for your A2s
(I had an Ethics exam the other day, and one of the questions was about applying ethical theories, which we learnt in AS, to an A2 topic)
But for now: relax, sleep, have fun & enjoy yourself while you can

Re: Just finished AS exams - What to do with notes?Keep them. Put them in a box somewhere. You may come to want them next year, or at uni. Obviously you don't need to keep anything you can't read, or pages of maths questions etc. But really keep anything else.(Original post by Sketch)

And definitely keep them! -
Re: Just finished AS exams - What to do with notes?I was thinking about doing this. However, it may lead to them doing less work if they already have my notes.(Original post by sharon800)
