ah right cool, i think only sf can help me
but basicaly i asked them for a form to fill in my application 2 months ago, they said they would send it, waited 2 weeks didnt recieve one.
phoned again they said they would send, this time waited a month, and nw still no application, cant be asked topping up and wasting so much just ringing them, isn't their another way to contact them?

You can only contact them by mail (as in post, no email address) or by phone.

Are you not able to download whatever form online?
