I think qualifying immigration would make more sense. Britain needs highly qualified knowledge workers
in order to remain competitive, not another million of off-license or fried chicken shop keepers. This would also

When you factor in how much the welfare state provides to people in this country such as the free schooling, benefits, social programmes, not to mention healthcare which Immigrants need more than others its obvious only a small number actively increase GDP per capita and benefit us. Not to mention social problems

Far too many migrants are here simply taking low end cleaning or minimum wage jobs which should be going to UK unemployed, not the mention the cash in hand untaxed black market which is huge. It really does sound like "They took our jobs" but that's the truth.

There are too many people in the UK already.

Not sure it's the majority but a fair chunk are without question. Many immigrants contribute far more to the UK than many of those borne here.

I think that whatever the basis of an immigration policy, it should be properly and speedily managed. So those whose wish to migrate to the UK and whose application is accepted can be working not waiting, and those whose application is not can leave the country, resume their life elsewhere and this be enforced.

Immigration is already limited, and there has been a strict points based system in place.

We still have 250k net immigration every year. Which is good because I like that and think it should continue.

IMO multiculturalism is good for Britain, and mixing up Britain racially is also good. Diversity is Britains strength and NOTHING ELSE matters. The 21st century will be defined by stuff like this and needs to happen.
