Flasbacks of your ex. Does any one else get them due to stress?Hey, Just a simple one when I'm stressed I seem to get flashbacks from past experiences and happenings from my ex, good and bad.

Re: Flasbacks of your ex. Does any one else get them due to stress?I keep having a contrast of walking in to him cheating to having a nice Bath together some nasty experiences and some amazing ones. This has never happened I woke up at 5 this morning and was in and out of flashbacks for five hours just laying there. I dont know if its some type of coping tool.

Re: Flasbacks of you ex. does any one else get them due to stress?No I have Pretty much stayed single I mean I have had my flings but the flashbacks are becoming more and more it started in Brighton Pier I dont know is there is a psychological link. Just not to sure what it means really.
