Is it too late or can I still send it ?

I would post it to them in the mean time, it can't hurt. The best thing to do is to phone them. Only make sure you have all your registration details at the ready. I had to franticaly find the email with my ID number on when I phoned them

It isn't too late until 9 months after the start of your course. The May deadline was only to guarantee finance in place for when your course starts.
