Re: Feeling dizzy / spinning
That's completely normal. It's caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure as you stand up, leading to a lack of oxygen to the brain for a few seconds.
I doubt it's anything to worry about unless it happens an awful lot. However, if you're worried it may still be wise to see a doctor just in case.

Re: Feeling dizzy / spinningover the last week or so its been happening several times a day.(Original post by Joluk)
How often does this happen? If its happening quite a lot you should probably see a doctor just incase. -

Re: Feeling dizzy / spinning
Wouldn't say this is anything to worry about. Likely to be tiredness, stress, low blood pressure/sugar, temperature changes, or a mixture of fairly mundane things. I'm sure it will go away soon, and almost everyone experiences this at some point.
Relax, eat well, get your sleep and that alone should take care of it.
Certainly wouldn't agree to drink juice as this will give you a blood sugar crash. Would go the other way and recommend you cut down on sugar so you give your system a chance to regulate itself.Last edited by Naminam; 05-06-2012 at 22:13. -
