I would assume the former concentrates on Law that's applicable in a business aspect, Employment Law, Commercial law etc and the latter will be Law with modules in Business studies, e.g. Managment Structure, Finance and other bits and pieces.

Unlikely I would think.
As above the former will likely be focussed on law relating to business such as Commercial, Competition, Company, Conflicts, Employment maybe etc. You can choose these sorts of modules anyway on any LLB degree.
The second you will be split between two depts. and study some modules with the business students as well as your law modules.
If you want to do the former probably just do an LLB at whichever uni you like but check it has a good range of those sorts of modules available (it'll be in the prospectus). If you want to do the latter check that it's a qualifying degree, I know Warwick and Birmingham both offer such a course but I'm sure others do too. -

Thanks guys, that`s what i was thinking as well, however look what i found in the website of the University providing the Business Law Degree:
This Qualifying Law Degree combines the study of Law and Business. The two disciplines are highly compatable - a career in law demands a high degree of commercial awareness in the same way as success in business depends upon a sound appreciation of the legal environment. This course gives you a great foundation in law and legal skills, enabling you to go on to further legal training. The business part of the course aims to develop your awareness of the commercial environment, which is increasingly required in a wide range of professional careers.
Does that basically goes against what we think?
