Yes why was there so many marks for that question?!
It wasn't a simple equation such as y=2x+1 (4.6)
Tbh the 4 mark questions were very simple and it was a very straightforward paper.
Don't get me wrong but if you properly prepared for this paper then there's no reason why you can't get 80%+ -

For an A* its most likely around the 50 mark or 90%

Ended up with y=-x+10 for the perpendicular question, apart from that I found the exam pretty easy.
Last question I got x-5/2x^2, surds i got 2root6 and recurring decimal as fraction I got 23/90. -

Zed I got 137.5
80kmh is 50mph.
50 x 2 = 100
50/4 = 12.5
12.5 x 3 = 37.5
100 + 37.5 = 137.5

The one where she had used 515 units and each unit was 35p. You had to calculate the total cost £ -

They dont expect you to simplify that. It is a non calculator exam so you should be able to get the mark if the working out if correct.
