So I never bothered with kies before because I didnt see the point however I decided that it was time to update my galaxy s2 to Ice Cream Sandwich. I tried to connect to Kies using a USB but it didnt work, all I got was the message that Kies 2.0 does not support the phone or words to that effect. I have no problem connecting to Kies using WIFI but you cannot download the update over WIFI. After googling the issue it sounds like a common fault but no one has a clear answer. Just wondering if anyone on here had a solution?
