What club apart from your own do you like and why?so we have got the what club do you hate and which is going quite well so i thought i would start what club (apart from your own) do you like.
my ones are
Chorley Fc - local club , also nice to see them do well
i dont know why but Reading are a club i like , just like their under dog status much prefered them to like West Ham, also liked Blackpool when their were in the premier league.Last edited by hbk4894; 05-06-2012 at 22:52. -

Re: What club apart from your own do you like and why?I support Newcastle, but I like it when Everton win and I can't explain why. Maybe because they have little money but show you can be top 10, and this year they finished above Liverpool which is rare for them to achieve that and I was happy for them. I like watching Man City too, even though people say they bought the title...they bought world class talent. Why does nobody say that Chelsea bought their success, who are also bankrolled by a billionaire?

Re: What club apart from your own do you like and why?In a way, Arsenal. Having a traditional rival and wanting to finish above them is what makes competitive football great. In normal terms I dislike Arsenal but I draw pleasure from the rare gloat I get, as would any Arsenal fan after they hammer us for the umpteenth time. And it's nice being the underdog in a rivalry. So yes, you suck but you must exist and be respected else football wouldn't be what it is. But no I don't want to see you do well
General clubs I like to see do well unless they're playing Spurs: Valencia, Cologne, Fiorentina, Norwich, Sheffield WednesdayLast edited by rockrunride; 05-06-2012 at 23:15. -

Re: What club apart from your own do you like and why?Fulham - just have a bit of class about them that I've always liked. Plus I admire a lot of their players in Riise, Dempsey, Murphy and so on.
Reading - friend of my dad's knows some of the higher-ups there so a few years back we got the tour of the Madeski and saw a match, had an affection for them ever since. Rooting for them next season of course.
Benefica - purely because they're my go-to Fifa team. -

Spurs- again good, attacking football
