Parkwood accommodation, self catering, is house or flat better?

    Parkwood accommodation, self catering, is house or flat better?
    want good social life, a lot parties and good size of room, better mixed.

    Also when you apply, can you pick the direction of the room like the room is face the sun and floors.

    No, you can't pick the direction the room faces.

    I think both house and flats are good. The flats are posher and more expensive.

    I'm guessing Park Wood houses have the standard occupancy length, excluding holidays?
