International Finance and Economics at a lesser uni?
I have firmed to study international finance and economics at Sheffield Hallam as the course sounds very interesting and I have always wanted to study a course which involves both economics and world markets. However I am curious as to what the chances are of me getting a job after I finish my degree as the uni isn't as respected as most others. What jobs could be available to me and would a masters degree be the only option for me. Any help would be most appreciated. I am predicted ABC at A level if that helps in any way

It's not the best university in the world but if you do well then you will have an ok chance with a lot of jobs, you just may struggle with more competitive sectors like consulting or finance.

Ok thanks, I chose this over sheffield uni due to how enjoyable the course looked. At the end of the day it is better to study a course I enjoy rather than one at a more reputable uni. Lets hope I get a decent final grade and can then study a masters if need be.
