Things like stir-fries are quick and easy and you can bung in whatever you've got/ like. And they go with rice or noodles.

Spaghetti bolognaise is quite simple although if you make the sauce completely from scratch, there's a lot of chopping to do.

Cooking is a lot easier than baking as you can usually adjust flavour as you're going and with baking, things can come out soo differently to usually, just because a few grams of one ingredient wasn't in the right proportion to the rest. Although fairy cakes/ buns are pretty simple.

Home-made pizza is pretty easy! Just get a recepie for dough and it's just tomato and cheese from there!

Amateur is the word you were looking for.

Why don't you just type 'easy recipes' into Google?

Pasta is a carb, i'd focus on whole-wheat pasta if you're looking at healthy eating. Easy to make, too

Eggs - to an extent, best to have them hard boiled
