    Tuition Fees
    Hi All,

Hope you are all well! Im in a bit of a pickle. I've been to university twice and left twice. so student finance won't pay my tuition fees. fair enough. but i'm wondering. how much are the courses? £9000 for the three years or a year? and also is there ANY other way i could get some funding or loans or anything like that?

any help or suggestions would be a big help. thank you so much people's!

It's £9000 a year for 3 years. So a hell of a lot! However, you'll only need to fund your first year yourself and then you'll get student loans for the second and third.

You may be able to study with the OU - a few years ago I was in the same situation and found the OU funding was different so I could get my fees paid if I went that route. However, the OU funding has recently changed and I'm not sure this is the case.

You may be able to find a job that will pay your fees - a few years ago I also looked into that, and someone I used to work with is starting an employer funded degree this September. But competition would be fierce, and you'd probably be asked why they should pick you when you've already had 2 chances.

As Juno said, it's £9000/yr for 3 years. yeah, it's tough to convince student finance as you have left the uni twice. Not to worry, there are part time jobs which you can do and pay for the univ. But did you ask yourself that you won't quit this time? You may have external reasons because of which you would have left uni. Just ensure that you are determined to complete the course. All the best, buddy!

Not an expert on getting finance but I know not all universities charge £9k a year. Over here Northern Irish uni fees are ~£3500 (not sure if the same for English students) and Scottish fees are free if you have an EU (Irish) passport! Even my English uni is £8,500 per year so be aware not everywhere will be charging the maximum amount
