    BMAT and UCAS
    Hello people,

I have a question: I want to apply to Cambridge for Medicine (2013 entry) and I need the BMAT exam. The deadline for UCAS applications for Medicine is 15th of October 2012 and the BMAT exam takes place on 7th of November 2012.

Will I be able to apply if I take the exam after sending the application? Can I send the UCAS application without a proof that I have passed the BMAT exam?

    Thanks!

Yep, you can apply. You apply before you've sat the exam and therefore without knowing your results

You sign up for the exam, and receive a code.

You apply using UCAS, and under qualifications you select that you're doing the BMAT and give your code.

    You take the exam.

Both you and the universities automatically receive your score when it has been marked.
