Don't think there's such thing, the only one I know of that is similar is Imperials Chemeng with fine chemicals processing, with only slightly more chemistry in than a normal Chemeng degree. Also I don't really see what the point would be, you wouldn't be a properly qualified engineer so really you should do one or the other.

I do chemistry (F110, for reference), and one of my housemates in first year did chemical engineering (unsure of the course code), and the degrees are extremely different! Running a course about both would be extremely difficult to make you learn anything in enough detail to be worthwhile.(Original post by illusionz)
Thw two degrees are actually very different, despite the names.
Take a look at some university websites and see the sort of modules that are included in each degree and you'll see how different they are! You'll also be able to get a feel for which of the two you may prefer.
