I'm glad there are others. I don't particularly like clubbing and am quite nervous about going to UoM this fall.
you're bound to meet people you get along with with it being such a big uni! (Including here
) what course are you planning on doing?

Another girl on this thread, yay!(Original post by Aicha1)
I'm SO glad people like you all exist!!! It's not that I hate clubbing, once in a while is okay but not all the time.
I'm going to be a third year in september, so I won't be in halls, but if this meet up goes on in september, then come along, meet some fellow weirdos! -
Re: Students who don't like clubbing/"Student Life"I'm gonna be in Victoria Park so that's good to hear.(Original post by Aicha1)

Eurgh, tell me about it!
Don't get me wrong, a club every month or so is fine... just not every other day!
My idea of fun is not being in a BO infested dark room with lots of drunk people flailing arms "dancing" while getting tinnitus from Nicki Minaj!
Hahahahaha!
So true, so so true!

Re: Students who don't like clubbing/"Student Life"
I'll do this and as I live in Manchester, I can meet up over the Summer too. Maybe do a pub quiz?
I've been attempting to start a creative workshop style thing for people in Manchester. It would be a get together of people who are interested in meeting other artists, e.g. writer meeting artist meeting musician meeting game designer. I figured I would piggy-back of this thread as I've not been having much luck on my own. PM me if you're interested.
