    Would it be worth bulking from the beginning of september to around febuary then start to cut for summer?

    Thank you. Yeah I will be posting videos up on my youtube soon with regards to diets/supps/regimes.

    How many calories did you cut down to for the leaning phase? How many fats/proteins/carbs? Any cardio?

    At the end of my cut I was on ~2300kcals

    Maintained roughly fats/proteins/carbs of 20/50/30

    Lol 7 months later!

    I found this thread really interesting as I started exactly the same thing jut over 2 weeks ago (except I'm clean bulking).

    Hopefully down the line I will be in your position!
