Thank you so much for sharing your journey to a healthy you! You have done so well and are an inspiration. I hope you see this as I have just realised that nobody has replied yet, since 2012!! I have two stone to lose and have been binging on chocolate, sweet things in general...usually when I am alone. Thanks again :smile:

Thanks for commenting :smile:. Now 2lbs lighter than when I hit my goal weight so lost a tiny bit more & have managed to maintain it ever since.

I'm awful when I'm alone too, still. But luckily it doesn't happen enough to make me gain weight. If I lived on my own I dread to think what I'd weigh!
Amazing! Thanks for sharing. I also suffer from BED...its difficult but im getting better now, I hope to lose around a stone and a bit... Thanks for the motivation!

Hi again :smile: I am also thinking...should I be on here...I see its for students lol. I am not a student, I am a 42yr old Mother of two boys and two step children! It don't matter to me as long as everyone else is OK with it :smile: I'm just looking for inspiration really. My fiancé is quite supportive so hopefully I will do well :smile:

I'm not a student anymore either & I'm still here :smile: I'm 23 now, graduated in 2012. Everyone is welcome! I find MyFitnessPal.com brilliant for inspiration, the forums are great & you can add friends it's like a fitness Facebook!
