Anybody know if the title counts in the word count?
It doesn't because if you look at the style guide at the example, the '104' word count doesn't include the title.

You can resubmit it until the deadline and get to.check a text only.version before you press submit

Know what you mean though, I checked it like 20 times then got my dad to read my essay, the markscheme and the examples just to make sure! I always worry that I've misinterpreted the question and have written about something completely wrong!

I've heard it's pretty hard to "fail" this module? I doubt anyone would really get lower than a Pass in this... Is that all we need? (40%?

Ive used 4/5 and just used quotes where needed to back up my points. I think I used about 9/10 overall? Not sure though.

It depends on what your essay is like

Have people put an intro? None of the examples/layout guide have intros and I can't think what I would even put in an intro but I don't really want to start the essay with 'a positive learning experience would be' or something.
Likewise, no idea what I would put as a conclusion (if I EVER get that far...)

I have I started it with a paragraph with quote which summed up my whole argument to introduce it - I hope it looks good ><

Thanks! I've done something similar... I've managed to write half my essay tonight which isn't bad. Will probably finish it off tomorrow and tweak it over the weekend. I've got revision to do for a couple of AS resits this month too... /sigh. I really need to stop leaving things till last minute!!!
