Best things to be eating when outside
Hi everyone!
I work part time as a postman while at uni. Over summer, I'm working during the week too.
What would be the best food and drink to be taking out with me for the healthiest option?
I'm walking for 4-5 hours and carrying bags. They're not meant to be more than 16kg. I'm returning to the gym for summer too to start on a cut, if that makes any difference to what I should be having. -
Re: Best things to be eating when outsideThis. Bacon is the answer to everything.(Original post by JohnSimmons)
Bacon. Just Bacon.
EDIT: Mr/Ms Negger, you don't like bacon

Re: Best things to be eating when outsideIt's been like winter recently.(Original post by subjectman10)
If it's hot, a cold fruit smoothie and a fruit salad to eat.
Be sure to carry only what you need,
I can't keep anything cold. It gets left in a trolley or box all day. Fruit, apart from apples, tends to go manky either through temperature or being knocked about, especially if it's been chopped. -

Otherwise, lots of water, sandwiches. Ooh, and tortilla wraps - low carbs due to the thin wraps, and you can put in virtually anything
