Most clutch player in a penalty situation?Who do you think does well in a penalty shootout or just general penalties?
I think Van Persie is one of the best, he's taken loads over his career and I think he's only missed once or twice (with that mars bar advert taken into account
. Ashley cole is another great penalty taker, I've seen him in shootouts on a few occasions and on each of them, the penalty was unsaveable, you don't expect that from a defender. As for goalie, my pick would be Manuel Neuer (the bayern keeper).

Zinedine Zidane chipped a penalty in a World Cup final against the world's best goalkeeper. I'd say he deserves a mention.
Le Tiss, Shearer and Del Piero are excellent choices too.
