Nutrient acquisition in plants.
Hi, I have a few questions on plant nutrient acquisition. Any help would be great.
If plants obtain oxygen through stomata and through photolysis of water in leaves, how do deciduous plants obtain oxygen in the winter?
Aquatic plants: how do plants that are totally submerged obtain oxygen and carbon dioxide?
Question on C4 plants: how do they keep O2 conc. low in the bundle-sheath cells? I don't understand because if they have chloroplasts surely they'll be producing oxygen through photolysis. -
