Kent allow students who don't achieve predicted grades?
Basically, Kent uni want ABB from me to study English language and history. The problem is that I don't think that I will get the A. Do you think that Kent would allow me in with BBB? And what are the circumstances?

Maybe.
There's not much point speculating, even the uni won't know until they get the A level results on the weekend before results day. If they take everyone who meets their offer and the course is then full then you won't be going there. If they have places left then maybe, depending on how close you were / how close other people were / how much they like you / if the admissions tutor is in a good mood, etc.
