    Does losing weight make your boobs smaller?

    I'd assume so. You have fat in your boobs... though I'd be surprised if it only affected one boob instead of both.

    Yes. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and they were noticably smaller. Quite glad about it really :rolleyes:

    Ah me too, I am big busted and bras cost me £30 , if they got smaller, my bras would get cheaper .

    Yes it's true. Had an ex lose weight... Unfortunately this logic went in different ways... She lost most of her weight in boobs and NOWHERE ELSE... Went from D to B cup...

    Personally, it was more the shocking amount of swing they had when running.

    Depends on your fat distribution but generally, yes. Breasts are pretty much all fat.

    Yes, mine have gone from an E cup to a B cup (and tbh I think even that's a bit ambitious now) it's depressing! But obviously you can't NOT lose weight just because of your boobs lol because it was be silly to risk your health for it.
