Gym in London
I'll be in London for a month or so and need a one month, no contract gym.
Any recommendations for a gym which has squat rack/power rack, olympic bars etc? Also don't want to be spending ridiculous amounts.
Preferably close to Old Street station but anything close to that, ie Angel or Liverpool would be fine.
Cheers. -

Re: Gym in LondonThat looks immense, but judging by the website I'm not sure about it. It says only come for '1 day pass' if you are experienced. I'm no novice but I have had a number of injuries and at the moment am almost at square one. Fairly skinny atm etc.(Original post by AMG44)

Have you used this gym and is it more or less full of serious bodybuilders? Are there people who go there to start more or less from scratch? -
Re: Gym in LondonI've used it yes, it has a variety of different people in there. You say you've been the gym before so I wouldn't worry about it. Remember them 'big' people were skinny once and started off in a gym like that.(Original post by brb_gone_gym)
