    Student Finace - Evidence
I have sent in evidence to Student Finance, as you are meant to do, but haven't heard anything for over 20 days. I have tried to ring them but it is a computerised setting and you have to connect through pressing different buttons, e.g. 1 for "I have submitted my application", but unfortunately don't seem to be able to get through. Can anyone give me any ideas?

    Thanks

Check your online correspondence and if there's nothing there call them again. You only have to go through two option menus to get through to a person. You'll usually have to hold though.
