    Starbucks
I want to apply to Starbucks but my friend said they only take 18 year olds and older (I'm 17). Is that true? Also would it be too difficult? I heard working there is really tedious but I like preparing food/drinks so I may actually enjoy it... Also how much would under 18s get paid? Thanks

I imagine it would be NMW. My friends sister worked there when she was 17.

The NMW for 17 year olds is £3.68, it will go upto £4.98 when you turn 18 and then £6.19 if you intend on working there still when your 21+

Just go into your local Starbucks and hand in a CV, if they want you- they'll have you.

3.68? are you kidding me? Screw that, not even working at Starbucks would persuade me to work at that much an hour...
